The beautifully sweet and spicy aroma of Cinnamon Essential oil is renowned to be a warming and uplifting oil; ideal for use during the colder months to help lift spirits and warm the senses. Naturally energising and stimulating, you may find it to be a useful oil to help kick the brain into gear when you have work to do.
Used in massage, it can be a useful oil to help ease sore muscles due to its natural warming effects (ensure you dilute to a maximum of 1% before skin application).

this and the orange essential oil are my favourite, shall blend to make a superbly festive smell, comes in recyclable packaging as well which is very important.

I'm so glad this company sells the cinnamon bark essential oil as opposed to the cinnamon leaf. I've purchased many bottles of this product over the years.
