I love this together with the same conditioner. I have health issues and the medication can seriously damage my hair. Regular use of this is helping me and I'd not like to be without it. It does also have a very subtle perfume, not overpowering at all, and a lovely lather. My hair is silver and it brightens it up very nicely.
