Folklore Once upon a time in China & Japan, logs inoculated with Shiitake during a child’s birth would mature with them into adulthood, when they would inherit the ‘fortune in their backyard’. This made shiitake a highly prized possession, which families would regularly rob from one another – leading to what was known as a ‘shiitake war’.
Place 1-2ml in a small amount of water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2ml). Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children.
