Cedarwood is native to North America, the essential oil is steam distilled from the wood chips of this tall tree. Cedarwood was used by Native Americans to enhance spiritual communication, and in the ancient Egyptian mummification process. Black seed is a spice that grows in the middle east, mediterranean and Western Asia. Commonly known as Nigella or Black Cumin, the plant grows about 30 cms tall and has pale blue flowers with little black seeds. Black Seed: in old Latin it is called as ‘Panacea’ meaning ‘cure all’, a jar of black seeds were found in tomb of Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamen due to their multi-purpose use.
