This is an excellent gift idea. The whole range of these gift boxes is well thought out, practical and attractively packaged. The essential oils in the muscle and joint kit include rosemary, eucalyptus, thyme, pine and marjoram - all warming and stimulating oils which have eased my sore muscles after long treks or other excercise. Brilliant idea in a nice little wooden box!
