Arnica Oil has historically been used to help bruises "come out". It it thought to act by helping increasing blood flow to the affected area which inhibits the growth of the bruise and may provide a soothing relief to the affected area.
It's used by professional athletes for this very reason and is a great oil to apply to children and adults alike. Arnica should not be applied to broken skin, but it may help to reduce the itching and redness associated with many skin conditions.
This soothing gel is augmented by the inclusion of Calendula, Goldenrod, Gingko and St John’s Wort.

All skin types – do not use on broken skin, avoid contact with eyes.
