It can help to ease digestive problems and upset stomachs. It is also thought to ease headaches, migraines and act as a tonic for the nervous system. When diluted in a carrier oil it can make a useful massage for easing stomach cramps and other pains caused by diarrhoea and excessive wind. Coriander may be a more suitable oil for those with sensitive skin.
