I use this blended with rosemary essential oil for an uplifting air freshener that also seems to neutralise, or perhaps mask, cooking smells rather well. Use in a vaporiser or put a few drops on a damp flannel on a radiator. You can even put a few drops on a piece of kitchen roll in your waste bin - which works especially well in the loo!

I used this for morning sickness nausea. It definitely helped and I now use it to steam my head when I have a cold.

This is the first lemon essential oil that REALLY smells of lemon. It's an uplifting scent that I like to use when working, but I also put a few drops into an unscented body cream and it smells and feels amazing. I ordered 100ml and I still have loads left.
