We use this to relieve any sort of bruising, or swelling in the case of sprains; it really works! This Arnica gel also relieves the arthritis in my hand more effectively than Ibuprofen. It is a brilliant product which is a must-have in our medicine cabinet.

When I bash into something the first thing I reach for is the arnica. Within minutes the pain in the bruise subsides . Nothing beats it in my opinion.

I didn't get any effect on my wrist pain. No difference when it's on or not. Don't know what else I can use this gel for. <br />
