Black Pepper is analgesic and antispasmodic It is recommended for aches and pains rheumatism arthritis and temporary paralysis The aroma is sharp and spicy
The main use to which I put Black Pepper is in massage blends for muscular pains stiffness and fatigue but it is important to keep the proportion of Black Pepper in a blend very low as it is possible to produce local irritation by overdoing it

I am 'warming' to this oil. I like to try new oils, especially for their aroma, and black pepper wasn't especially interesting from this perspective. But I am now adding it to moisturisers and find it adds a depth and warmth to the mixture. Not much needed, so good value too.
