Cardomom Essential Oil is often known to be a stimulating oil that is well regarded for its ability to calm an upset tummy. Try blending 10 drops of the oil with 4 teaspoons of your favourite carrier oil and gently massage in to the abdomen.

Alternatively you can add a few drops to a tablespoon of milk or Amphora Plain Bath Oil in a nice warm bath. When vaporised or burned Cardomom has a lovely effect in calming nervous tension and its stimulating and uplifting properties can combat mental fatigue.

To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
You may find that Cardamom blends especially well with the citrus oils, Rose, Clove, Cinnamon and Cedarwood.
Native to India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bhutan.
Add a few drops to a warm bath to help refresh and restore. Dilute to a maximum of 1% with a carrier oil and use in massage to help soothe and balance. Add to a diffuser or traditional burner to help lift spirits.

Used in traditional Chinese & Indian Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years.
